About the Nigerian Police Force
The Nigerian Police force was created in 1930 to maintain the peace and stability the nation. The primary function of the Nigerian Police Force is to protect lives and properties within the Nigerian territory.
The Nigerian police force currently comprises of 36 teams spread across the country. They are classified into the 12 various zones. Currently there are over 2000 police stations in Nigeria.
